Make sure your events and courses are visible to the life science community in Medicon Valley by posting them at www.mva.org/calendar and in the newsletter MVA Calendar Service. These two calendar media provide an ongoing overview of life science events and courses in the Medicon Valley region.
Prices
Some events are marketed for free and some events are subject to charges:

If the event is run by a MVA-member on a non-profit basis or participation is free of charge, the event is included in MVA's calendar media free of charge.

If participation is at a cost, the price for exposure in MVA's calendar media is DKK 4,000,- per event/course for up to 3 months exposure. Exposure is sold in packages of 3 months, so exposure for up to 6 months costs, DKK 8.000,-

The price includes visibility from the day the event/course is submittted till the day the event/course takes place. The earlier the event/course is posted, the longer exposure it will receive. Marketing of several events or courses are subject to special prices.

Terms & Conditions
The costs for posting events and courses are as listed above.
Only events and courses relevant to the life science industry are accepted.
Contributions are accepted no later than 2 weeks ahead of the event (this deadline is set in order to maximize exposure in MVA Calendar Service).
MVA reserves all rights of censorship and prioritisation in regards to the information submitted.
