Medicon Valley is a hub of life science activities, which spans the eastern part of Denmark and the south-western part of Sweden. Medicon Valley Alliance is a Danish-Swedish network organisation representing human life sciences in Medicon Valley.
The Medicon Valley hub is the area spanning the eastern part of Denmark and the south-western part of Sweden, which are connected via the Øresund bridge. It is one of Europe's strongest life science clusters with a large number of life science companies and research institutions located within a very small geographical area. The network organization Medicon Valley Alliance (MVA) looks after the best interests of the life science community in Medicon Valley.
Medicon Valley Alliance - Creating Opportunities
As a non-profit member organization, MVA carries out initiatives on behalf of the life science community in Medicon Valley. MVA is committed to facilitating economic growth, increased competitiveness, and employment in Medicon Valley. Furthermore, the organization is committed to raising the international recognition of Medicon Valley with the aim of attracting labour, investments, and partners.
MVA's member base comprises biotech, medtech and pharma companies of all sizes, CRO's and CMO's, as well as public organizations, universities, science parks, investors, and various business service providers.
