Capio Diagnostik and York Bioanalytical Solutions Becomes Unilabs

Following Capio Diagnostik's acquisition of York Bioanalytical Solutions, the two companies will now trade under the Unilabs banner.

In order to develop its position as supplier of bioanalytical support for drug development studies, Unilabs in May 2008 announced the acquisition of York Bioanalytical Solutions. Since the acquisition, Capio Diagnostik in Copenhagen and York Bioanalytical Solutions have integrated their services for drug development support and are now strengthening this integration by changing their brand to Unilabs.

Unilabs Drug Development Services will continue to offer customers complete support for bioanalytical studies, biomarker and safety test analysis. Services include the complete solution, from sample collection and management through to data management and reports. Unilabs Drug Development Services will continue on the same business ethics, quality focus, and values. Management and employees will remain unchanged.
