CellaVision Receives the First Canadian Order
CellaVision, which develops and sells digital morphology products for the routine analysis of blood and other body fluids, has received its first orders for the recently launched product, CellaVision Body Fluid Application from Canada. The customers are all large hospital laboratories in the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia and Nova Scotia.
- It is strategically important for us to be entrusted to deliver a new product this soon after its introduction to the market, says Yvonne Mårtensson, CEO of CellaVision.
- This is an example of a newly developed application which can be offered to potential and existing customers. In the long run it will give us recurring revenues, she further comments.
The official approval for marketing and selling CellaVision Body Fluid Application was authorized by Canada Health in August 2008.
