MEDICON VALLEY BIOCONFERENCE AND SCANDINAVIAN BIOTECH ARENA 2002
Medicon Valley BioConference, BioTech Forum and Connect Biomedical Partnership Forum in Malmö, Sweden 8-10 October 2002 - three parallel events under the common name Scandinavian Biotech Arena.
The BioConference 2002 is a three-day event with sessions and keynote speakers on amongst others: specialized and interdisciplinary scientific fields (stem cells, clinical trials, diabetes, neurobiology, cancer, immunology, pharmacogenetics, proteomics, bioinformatics, nanobiotechnology, medical devices), innovation and technology transfer, management and financing, bioethics and EU.

EUROPEAN PARTNERS FOR TECHNOLOGY COLLABORATION, LICENSING AND RESEARCH
At the Scandinavian Biotech Arena 2002 the Innovation Relay Centres in Denmark and Southern Sweden have organised a partnering event. The objective of the event is to provide enterprises and research institutions with a forum to acquire or offer new technologies in the biotech area. As such the event can be used to find partners for research projects, licensing agreements and joint ventures. Participation in the event is free of charge. Register here

The Association of Danish Pharmacists (Dansk Farmaceutforening) and The Swedish Pharmaceutical Association (Sveriges Farmacevtförbund) bring the Pharmacists of Medicon Valley together. The cooperation includes two annual discussions/meetings debating the roles of pharmacists in Medicon Valley.
