Project Management Coaching Course

January - May / Lund, Ystad, Ørestad / Denmark, Sweden

Rationale

Project management means leading people. Coaching enables the recipient or participant to find their own solutions. This course enhances your ability to manage people involved in your project by stimulating them to find their own solutions. It sounds easy doesn't it? In this course you will get some tricks to get you there.

ProjectManagementCourse

Professional project managers are needed in industry as well as in public research organisations. MVA's Project Management Network organised the first course during the spring of 2007, in collaboration with Leif Andersson from Proicio in Uppsala. Since the course was a big success, it is now offered again with one additional day, as proposed by the first participants.

Focus

The course focuses on project work and leadership within Life Science, i.e. handling projects and the people involved. The Life Science sector requires some project management skills that may not be included in traditional courses. This course will start from your own experience and project and teach you more about leading people and managing projects, in order to make you feel more confident in your role as a project manager.
