January - May / Lund, Ystad, Ørestad / Denmark, Sweden
Project management means leading people. Coaching enables the recipient or participant to find their own solutions. This course enhances your ability to manage people involved in your project by stimulating them to find their own solutions. It sounds easy doesn't it? In this course you will get some tricks to get you there.
Professional project managers are needed in industry as well as in public research organisations. MVA's Project Management Network organised the first course during the spring of 2007, in collaboration with Leif Andersson from Proicio in Uppsala.
