Clinical Trial Supplies Coordinator at ALK-Abelló 

Position

The Clinical Trial Supplies Team works cross-functionally and is responsible for sourcing, packaging and distributing trial supplies, thereby being in contact with local and international colleagues as well as external providers.

The team is newly established and is currently working to improve and optimise the existing processes. We now need a colleague to help us drive this process onward in order to be ready for future challenges. You will report to the Clinical Trial Supplies Team Leader.

Field of responsibility

  • coordinate trial supplies packaging internally and with our external packaging facility
  • responsible for sourcing internal and external supplies for clinical trials
  • determine the optimal packaging design based on clinical trial protocols
  • participate in clinical study teams
  • stay up-to-date with current rules and legislations within the area

Your qualifications

  • have a relevant scientific background
  • possess an interest in GCP and/or GMP requirements
  • ideally have two years experience within clinical trials, trial supplies or similar
  • thrive working with process optimising
  • proactive and capable of working independently
