Medicon Valley - Hepatocyte User Forum

The Medicon Valley - Hepatocyte User Forum (MV-HUF) was founded in 2003 (by Lassina Badolo, Lundbeck and Gerda Marie Rist, LEO Pharma, Denmark) with the purpose of creating a forum for hepatocyte users to share information and experience in an informal environment.

The user forum currently consists of approximately 54 members from both the pharmaceutical industry and academia. The network meet two to three times a year at varying locations in the Medicon Valley. The meetings are hosted by the steering group members in turn. Minutes and programs for previous and upcoming meetings can be found at the MV-HUF homepage. The half-day meetings usually include both scientific presentations on various hepatocyte-related subjects as well as general discussion. Once every two to three years a symposium is arranged.
