Become our Boost Seminar Partner
‘Boost Seminars' is MVA's concept for collaborative events organised by MVA in partnership with one or more of our members. When partnering a Boost Seminar you have the opportunity to demonstrate your competence and expertise towards a life science audience from Denmark and Sweden. The seminars are held in an informal setting with time to meet and network with your co-members.
Your Role as Boost Seminar Partner
As seminar partner you are responsible for the programme and act as co-organiser together with MVA. You must take lead in compiling the programme and inviting the speakers. The programme should consist of high quality, content focused presentations from several companies, organisation or universities. MVA does not accept presentations which only have the purpose of presenting the partners' products or services.
MVA will act as host of the event and takes care of marketing and all practical details.
About the Boost Seminars
The overall objective of the half day Boost Seminars is to contribute to improving knowledge and competences among MVA's member companies and organisations. All seminars shall have a clear focus on life science - some focusing on R&D, others focusing on the commercial or financial side of the sector.
The following criteria apply for all Boost seminars. The seminar shall:
• Have a clear focus on life science
• Consist of high quality, content focused presentations from several companies, organisations or universities
• Preferably be a half day event
• Take place at the MVA premises in Ørestad, Denmark
• Be free of charge for participants (MVA members)
Price
The Boost Seminar Partner must pay Euro 5.000 ex. VAT to MVA, who takes care of the invitation, marketing, administration and practical planning (conference room up to 100 persons, catering, participant lists, name tags etc.). Furthermore, any expenses to speakers are covered by the partner.
Dates
MVA has planned 3 Boost Seminars in 2010 and preliminary days are scheduled for April, September and November.
