Information Meeting on EU Funding for Nanosciences, Nanotechnologies, Materials and New Production Technologies

The European Union is expected to allocate DKK 1.5 billion to research activities within Nanosciences, nanotechnologies, materials & new production technologies (NMP). Hear about the funding possibilities at this information meeting.

EuroCenter invites you to an information meeting in collaboration with DTU, at Anker Engelundsvej 1, 27 August from 14:00-16:00. The meeting will be held in Danish.

• Are you working with research and technological development within Nanosciences, nanotechnologies, materials & new production technologies?
• Are you thinking about applying for EU-funding?
• Do you give advice to researchers and enterprises on participation in EU-projects?
• Do you want to get the latest knowledge on the funding possibilities?

Hear experts from the European Commission, experienced evaluators and EuroCenter share their knowledge, experience and practical tips on the NMP theme

Focus will be on the coming call, where EU is expected to allocate DKK 1.6 billion to 25 topics. The call is expected to be published the 30 July 2009, and the deadline for stage 1 applications is expected to be the 8 December 2009.

At the meeting you will hear about:

• The current possbilities within the NMP theme - which topics will be open?
• Good advice from an FP7 evaluator - what are the differences between failure and success?
• The services of EuroCenter
