Company presentations, sponsorships & exhibition stands

Company presentations

Parallel to plenum sessions and one-on-one meetings, we offer companies and organisations to make 15 minutes company presentations. A maximum of 20-30 seats will be available during these sessions. Register for company presentation ngl@mva.org.

Sponsorships

Exhibitions stands

Companies and organisations will get the opportunity to rent areas for exhibition stands. Notice, the venue allows only a very limited number of exhibitions stands.

Price: € 1,500 (ex VAT) max. 6 sqm.
