The idea behind the Life Science Tour is to inspire you to think about the possibilities within Life Science in Medicon Valley from your perspective. Hopefully you will strive to become one of Medicon Valleys "top players" and if so, were do you see yourself and the region in ten years from now? You can choose to write an essay, create a webpage, make a PowerPoint presentation or a poster. Creative contributions are very welcome! The topic for the competition is:
Visions for the future Life Science sector in Medicon Valley
Imagine yourself 10 years from now. You are working in the Life Science sector in the Medicon Valley region. We want you to describe what kind of job you have and what your goals and main tasks are? Why did you choose to work in Medicon Valley? How is the working climate and which are the most important issues in the Life Science sector? If you want some inspiration before the tour, please take a look at our vision for Medicon Valley in 2016.
If you choose to write an essay it should be no more than 3 pages and written in English. Entries will be judged by MVA based upon the following criteria; creativity, writing skills and inspiration, but not necessarily in that order. The deadline for handing in your contribution is 15 October.
The creator of the winning contribution will be awarded a prize of 5.000 DKK at Medicon Valley Alliance's 10 year Jubilee. The second and third prize winners are awarded with 2.500 DKK each.
Attending the Jubilee serves as a great opportunity to mingle with our 260 invited members and international guests. The winners are also welcome to bring their teachers to the Jubilee. The winning contribution will also be published at www.mva.org and in the MVA Newsletter.
