Activity Overview 2009
All activities in MVA can be defined in relation to the key focus areas listed at the previous pages. That said, a majority of our activities cover more than one key focus area. A very good example of this is the ambitious and unique Life Science Ambassador Programme. The main focus area in the Life Science Ambassador Programme is to build a global cluster-to-cluster network, which shall enable life science stakeholders in Medicon Valley to operate more easily on a global level. Building a global network with Medicon Valley as life science hub contributes at the same time to the branding of Medicon Valley. An in-depth understanding of clusters worldwide obtained through our life science ambassadors mapping of clusters makes detailed cluster benchmarking analysis possible. As a part of the programme, we will furthermore provide training in areas such as business culture in the clusters that are included in the programme.
Below we have listed selected MVA activities and indicated how these relate to our key focus areas.
