Combio and Prozymex in collaboration to discover Cathepsin C Inhibitors

 

Prozymex, a Danish company that specializes in characterization of therapeutically relevant protease targets and Combio A/S, a Danish drug discovery company focused on discovery and development of protease inhibitors, recently announced that they have entered into a collaboration agreement to discover new inhibitors of Cathepsin C (DPP-I). The collaboration aims to identify novel lead structures and to optimize these compounds into clinical candidates.
